NEW PRICES

• KID rates are valid for all children ages 6 to 12.
• STUDENT rates are valid for all youth ages 13 to 18 and all students with a valid student ID.
• ADULT rates are valid for all adults of 19 years and older without a valid student ID.

And there is a new category:

• HAPPY HOUR rates are only valid Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. If you check in on weekdays after 4pm, or on weekends from 9am to 9pm with a Happy Hour ticket, you will be asked to pay the full rate for a 1-ENTRY ticket.

ENTRY TICKETS

1-ENTRY :

• Valid for 1 entry in Petite Ile from the time of check-in until closing time on the same day.
• As long as the corona measures remain in force, you can only climb for a maximum of 2 hours at a time.

10-ENTRY CARD :

• Valid for 10 entries in Petite Ile. Per access, the same rules apply as for a 1-ENTRY ticket.
• 10-ENTRY CARDS are valid for a maximum of two years from the date of purchase.
• 10-ENTRY CARD can be used in the Petite Ile and A Bloc venues.
• There is no refund for 10-ENTRY CARD that have not been fully used.
• 10-ENTRY CARD cannot be exchanged for cash.
• 10-ENTRY CARD is nominative and cannot be used by third parties.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer 3 types of subscriptions.

Each Petite Ile subscription is free of membership and cancellation fees. A subscription allows you to climb as much as you want according to Petite Ile’s house rules.

However, as long as the corona measures remain in force, you can only climb by reservation for a maximum of 2 hours, dependent on available places.

SUBSCRIPTION

• A new product! At the request of many climbers! Pay monthly and climb whenever you want! Don’t forget to make a reservation as long as the COVID rules apply.
  Moreover, with this subscription you get a t-shirt (while supplies last – so don’t wait too long!) and enjoy a 20% discount to climb in A Bloc.
• SUBSCRIPTION is available for purchase online and at Petite Ile. You will be asked to fill out and sign a SEPA mandate. Every first day of the month, a recurring payment will be made until you decide to cancel your subscription. If the first month has already started, you will pay the current month pro rata (i.e. only the days starting from your purchase) and the first full month at the same time.
• If we are unable to collect your payment, your membership will be suspended until you pay the bill (which you can do at Petite Ile’s reception desk on your next visit). An administrative fee of 20 EUR will be charged.
• You can suspend your membership at any time for medical reasons upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.
• You are allowed to suspend your membership for any reason for at least 14 days. The number of days of suspension will be deducted from the next month’s payment.
• If you wish to suspend your membership, please write us at least two business days in advance at abo@petite-ile.be stating the start and end dates of your suspension. Your membership will be restarted automatically after the end date. You can always change the end date by contacting us at least two business days in advance.
• If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at abo@petite-ile.be. If your request is submitted before the 25th day of the current month, you will not be charged for the following month. Access to the services of your subscription will continue until the end of the last paid month.
• SUBSCRIPTION also gives you a 20% discount on your admission tickets to the A Bloc climbing gym.
• SUBSCRIPTION is nominative and cannot be used by third parties.
• While supplies last, you will receive a Petite Ile T-shirt when you purchase SUBSCRIPTION.

30 DAYS

• 30 DAYS is available online and at Petite Ile. Payment is made in one installment, no later than the first day of validity.
• 30 DAYS is valid for 30 days.
• 30 DAYS cannot be cancelled or exchanged before it expires.
• 30 DAYS is nominative and cannot be transferred to another person.
• 30 DAYS is non-refundable.
• 30 DAYS cannot be paused for any reason.

365 DAYS

• 365 DAYS is available online and at Petite Ile. Payment is made in one installment no later than the first day of the validity period.
• 365 DAYS is valid for 365 days.
• 365 DAYS cannot be cancelled or exchanged before it expires.
• 365 DAYS is nominative and cannot be transferred to another person.
• 365 DAYS is non-refundable.
• 365 DAYS cannot be paused for any reason.
