Yes! Our gym welcomes dogs before 6:00 pm on weekdays. Our dog policy is as follows:

• Dogs must be kept on a leash.
• Dogs are not allowed on the mats.
• We ask that all dogs have been walked beforehand.
• If a dog becomes disruptive to our other visitors, the dog and its owner may be asked to leave by our staff.
